Robin Adley Hartman

Outstretched Arm Medical Massage is locally owned and operated by Licensed Massage Therapist Robin Adley Hartman.
Robin has lived in Durango since 2016 and has been practicing massage therapy for 15 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Anatomy & Physiology from Colorado State University. She then received her massage therapy license from the Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins.
She specializes in body rebalancing using both active and passive neuromuscular techniques, myofacial release, trigger point release, and cranial-sacral therapy. She can also offer additional home exercises and stretches that reinforce hands-on treatments. These therapies are extremely helpful to keep athletes moving and following their passions.
Robin is passionate about her faith, her four kids, her work, her physical fitness training in crossfit and jiu jitsu, horses, and exploring this wonderful world.

Whole body analysis is used to assess acute injuries, chronic pain, and tension. These sessions involve active neuromuscular therapy to reprogram the resting length of muscles in order to find proper balance over joints and axes of the body.

My focus is on your mobility and keeping you moving by detecting key places that need releasing in order to prevent and treat injuries from intense physical demands.

Prenatal Massage

Resetting muscle resting length is vital during pregnancy. These sessions offer extra hot stone massage as we use mild neuromuscular therapy to accomodate the vast changes the body experiences during this time.
